I have been envisioning a blog where I can discuss many topics, ideas and concerns about health and wellness. The thoughts expressed in this blog are my personal thoughts, ideas and suggestions based on my experience over the years.
I will start blogging with discussions about the basics; digestion, elimination, and stress. These three areas are the main cause of most of our illnesses, imbalances and lack of achieving our ultimate sense of well-being. From there topics such as toxicity, sleep, allergies, asthma, fibromyalgia, IBS, IBD, skin issues, blood sugar balancing, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight loss/gain will be addressed.
